Speech Pathologist | School Based

Our client is looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about pursuing a fulfilling career with a focus on maintaining a balanced work-life. This exceptional role will have you providing one on one and group therapy to children in schools located in the western suburbs.

Your day to day will include:

• Mix of direct (one to one) services for students at the school and whole school supports including teacher education, whole class supports and small groups
• Support and run group programs
• Provide parent-only coaching and education programs

• Weekly supervision from your team leader
• Professional coaching from clinical specialists
• Specialist clinical advisory panel to support you and provide guidance with complex cases
• Administration support to manage your appointment bookings and cancellations
• In house PD program and an individual allowance + 2 days study leave
• Induction program tailored to your level of experience 

Team Culture:

• Frequent social events including quarterly outings, regular team dinners and more
• Work within a multidisciplinary team other professionals including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists
• Gain insight into other Allied Health disciplines by engaging in collaborative team meetings and multidisciplinary professional development days

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA Membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• All levels of experience considered!
