Brave Bodies, is a mobile paediatric provider based in the Busselton area. We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist (part or full time) to service a 3-17 year old demographic.
What we offer
- Flexibility: Choose your hours and days, as long as the KPI is met on a weekly basis
- Total package $106,100 to $123,200 including all benefits and super.
- 5 weeks annual leave allowance inclusive of closure between Christmas and New Year
- Housing subsidised by $10,000 per year (on top of salary)
- 50% Commission on hours worked above KPI
- Retention bonus of $2000 per year
- PD allowance of $500 per year
- External mentoring or supervision twice per month value of $400 per month ($4,800 per year)
- Work vehicle provided + negotiable personal use or travel costs reimbursed if personal vehicle
- Work phone and laptop provided
- 5.5 hour billable KPI per day or 27.5 billable hours per week. Hours worked above will earn the commission rate. Pro rata for part time.

About the role
We are looking for a warm, caring and full of beans practitioner who will motivate our kids and teens to reach new heights in their language and speech skills. We service Plan Managed and Self-Managed NDIS clients only. We are looking for an experienced clinician who is excited to manage their schedule independently, travel from home, see 3-5 clients daily, and enjoy the flexibility of admin from home or a cafe, in the remaining hours in their day! We will meet weekly at a local cafe to touch base and reconnect. We will reward you generously through our KPI system if you desire to service a greater number of children and earn a higher rate! We predominantly work with children and teens on NDIS from 3-17 years-old however we have the opportunity to work closely with local stakeholders to build a caselist which services a demographic you are passionate about. We also have a close relationship with the local Education Support Centre, working closely with their educators to improve outcomes. We are a mobile provider, and as such we do not have a clinic yet. Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology and a member of Speech Pathology Australia, Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist Status (CPSP)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- WA Working with Children Check
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Screening
- Paediatric experience essential
- 2 years+ experience preferred, however new graduates are welcome to apply
- Have a reliable vehicle to be used as part of mobile service (travel costs will be reimbursed)
Desired Qualities:
- A passion for working in paediatric disability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Additional post-graduate training in paediatric Speech Pathology
- Confidence and knowledge of the NDIS
- Independent work ethic with a willingness to service clients collaboratively
- A warm, empathetic and fun personality
- Willingness to create weekly content for Brave Bodies social media
