What you will be doing:
Predominantly ages 0-7
NDIS and private clients with developmental delays and/or disabilities
Family-centred approach
Clinic and schools/community based (predominantly clinic-based)
Work collaboratively with a team of 8 Speech Pathologists and 1 Occupational Therapist
Why this role:
Above award salary packages - earn between $70,000 - $95,000 p.a + super
Fortnightly supervision and monthly team meetings
Support in your special interest area with a PD budget of $2,000
No billable hours with an emphasis on quality therapy
Team bonding events every 3 months
You have the opportunity to cater your caseload to your special interest area
Work collaboratively with the Occupational Therapist on-site
Excellent admin support who make your work life easier
The team love working here with a very low turnover rate
Negotiable working hours and days
Chose from working more in the clinic or more in schools/community depending on your preference
Requirements/Skills
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
WWCC
Drivers license and own vehicle
Both Junior and Senior Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply
