We are seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to join our Community Impact team where you will have the opportunity to assist in the coordination of our major partnerships and community programs which includes the RAC Arena, West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Dockers.
You will be responsible for the coordination and administration of activities that assist in the delivery of RAC’s major sponsorships, with the aim to support RAC’s vision of a safer, sustainable and connected Western Australia. Reporting to the Sponsorship Manager, this position is being offered as permanent, full-time.
What will you be doing?
Monitor incoming sponsorship enquiries, developing appropriate responses in consultation with the Sponsorship Manager where required
Coordinating the use of contracted sponsorship ticketing and hospitality including liaising with members
Developing and implementing activation plans for sponsorships as required and in consultation with the Sponsorship Manager
Coordinating regular work in progress meetings with major partners
Preparing post campaign reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
Monitoring sponsorship leverage spend
Coordinating sponsorship messages across RAC platforms such as webpages, eDMs, intranet and social media
Supporting any events associated with the RAC Sponsorship program and the broader Community Impact team
What are we looking for in you?
Demonstrated experience in a similar sponsorships or marketing related role
Experience in administering and coordinating sponsorship activity
Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in coordinating promotional activity such as activations and events
An understanding of various marketing tools including social media, digital marketing, earned and paid media
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office as well as other digital platforms
Qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce is desirable
Flexibility to attend out of hours events on occasion is required
