Role Overview:
As part of their steady growth, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Physiotherapists with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation to join our dynamic team. Positioned at their Christchurch Sports clinic, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise clinical assessments and deliver effective treatments to clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment protocols.
- Demonstrate advanced levels of practice in assessing and treating patients efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the timely completion of all contract clinical reports and referrer letters.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, family doctors, case managers, coordinators, and allied health professionals.
- Develop relationships with external health funders to enhance the promotion and delivery of services.
- Participate in clinical outcome measurement processes and contribute to ongoing staff education.
- Supervise physiotherapy students as needed.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Manager on clinical issues and client progress.
- Enjoy a supportive environment as a valued member of our Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Team.

- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience delivering high-quality assessments and interventions.
- Motivation to grow a service and provide mentoring to clinicians.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current practicing certificate to work in New Zealand.
- Current professional body membership and indemnity insurance.
