We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Paint Tinter. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with no experience as full training will be provided. You will have experience in a warehouse environment, possibly as a Spray Painter, production operator for the last couple of years, and have a keen interest in learning and growing. You will join an established global business located in West Sydney and build your skills with comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
This busy role will see you colour tinting, spray painting and fulfilling colour orders for all customers and specifiers.
Colour Mixing: Assist in the preparation of paint colours according to specified formulas and quality standards.
Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of paint and coatings. Some heavy lifting of up to 30kg may be required.
Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure colour accuracy and product quality.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished products.
Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the handling and production of paint.
This role will report directly to and be mentored by the National Services Manager.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar industry desirable but not required.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines. Capable of safely lifting items weighing up to 30kg.
