As a Spray Painter, you will play a crucial role in delivering flawless finishes to vehicles, ensuring the highest quality aesthetic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply automotive paint and finishes to vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Mix and match paint colours to achieve accurate and consistent results, following manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of painting tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and addressing any imperfections.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
- Proficient in colour matching and mixing, with a keen eye for detail in achieving desired paint results.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and other departments.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving automotive painting technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes.
