Here’s a snapshot of your day:
- Routine inspection and testing of wet fire systems in accordance with AS1851-2012 and/or OEM
- Repair, refurbishment and installation to existing wet fire systems
- Provide solutions to our customers where investigations and recommendations are required and assist with quote development
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Coordinating, compiling and submitting the necessary paperwork and other procedures daily
- Attending call outs as per rostered requirements, including afterhours roster
- Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping up to date with the latest changes and advances in fire technology and relevant Australian Standards
- Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations on ethical behaviour according to company values
- Complying with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
- Experience in the fire industry
- Sprinkler Fitter certificate (not mandatory but desirable)
- Sound Knowledge of Australian Standards – Installation and Testing
- Current Blue/White Card
- EWP Licence
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
