We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our ACS AU team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in our Cannon Hill office, you will be responsible to meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting & selling HSP through professional techniques and building long term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales activities and long term relationship management for customers in area
- Customer development to the point of order intake to budgeted level of $
- Understanding of key processes, economic drivers in order to develop valued customer partnership
- Disciplined application and use of sales processes and tools
- Preparation and maintenance of active medium term account plans
- Accurate planning, forecasting and meeting of financial booking targets monthly, quarterly and annually
- Customer relationship management processes and increasing customer satisfaction levels
- "Product" solutions design and planning with internal resources
- Proposal generation and customer presentations as needed
- Research/networking
- Promotion to End User : 50 % activity :
- analyze the needs of the customer
- explain and promote the Honeywell products which conform to the customer's needs,
- have / acquire knowledge of the competitors and the Distributors dealing with the End User
- Analyse the market : market trends, main competitors (prices, products, new products…)
- Provide specialist PPE support for Distributors
- Implement company strategy : marketing promotions, priority / products, distribution
- Identify and develop new customers
- Generate new business from existing customers
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- At least 3 yrs in the safety product or related industries.
- Have established relationships within the PPE Market
- Proven successful sales background
- Knowledge of Safety products
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Basic understanding safety solutions
- Business savvy and analytical
- Aggressive selling and strong negotiation skill
- Strong communication and presentation skill
