Job description

As one of Australia’s leading Employment Services providers we pride ourselves on our comprehensive staff training program.  We deliver relevant employment focused training to new and existing staff in a group environment and one on one so they can achieve the best employment outcomes possible. 

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a high energy, disciplined, industry expert to join our team as our Staff Trainer.  This is a fast paced, exciting role where each day is different! This role is an additional to our current Staff Trainer and will support more training at each of our sites across the South & North of Adelaide.

The role is perfect progression opportunity for someone who is a leader in placing job seekers into employment, and has the passion and drive to support and coach other recruiters to become successful in their roles. 

Duties of the role involve:

  • Training new staff
  • Explaining processes in a way that is easy to understand 
  • Sales training (including demonstrating effective phone sales techniques, overcoming obstructions and negotiation skills)
  • Providing feedback, coaching and mentoring
  • Developing and executing training plans  
  • Continual improvement of the training sessions
  • Leading and managing small to medium group sizes
  • Providing a motivating and enthusiastic approach to delivering training, highlighting corporate values and business purpose overview
