We are looking for an experienced showroom consultant to join a brand-new flagship store in Bankstown for a national product-based company.
This is a stand-alone role, so you'll be the welcoming face of the showroom, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Retail role with no late evenings or weekends!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, promptly addressing inquiries
- Managing the showroom sales process, including product demonstrations, quotes, orders, and invoices
- Be the point of escalation to customers, staff and suppliers visiting onsite
- Ensure stock levels are maintained
- Think outside of the box to drive foot traffic and sales, ensuring that store and individual KPI’s are met and exceeded
- Maintaining the showroom's presentation to create an inviting experience
- Open and close the store
You will have:
- Product-based retail store management experience
- The ability to articulate product information clearly
- Knowledge and experience of working to individual and store KPI’s
- Merchandising experience and sales acumen
- A positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations
- System savvy with prior CRM and POS experience
