WK Stone, a leading wholesaler of engineered stone, natural stone slabs, and large format porcelain sheets, is seeking a full-time Showroom Consultant to join our team in Padstow, NSW.
As a Showroom Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in our showroom and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting clients with colour selection to create the perfect ambience for their projects.
- Utilising BCI software to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring a neat and tidy environment for clients.
- Handling general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Our ideal person for this role will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a strong work ethic. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, and if you have worked in the tile or stone industry then we'd love to speak with you. Don't worry if you don't have direct experience we're willing to train the right person!
