We offer advice and tailored support for apprentices, trainees, and businesses to support successful careers and skilled, productive workplaces.
What Awaits You
As our State Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the company exceeds contractual and statutory requirements while driving growth and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Your role will be dynamic and diverse, with responsibilities including:
- Leading and motivating the AFO and Admin team to achieve their objectives
- Facilitating effective communication within the team and ensuring information flow
- Developing and implementing sales strategies with senior management
- Achieving or surpassing Training Contract Commencement KPIs
- Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with all Australian Apprenticeship guidelines
- Providing quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Senior AFO to drive sales performance
- Ensuring a seamless sign-up experience for our clients with a focus on customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences
- Desire to work within a client service organisation
- Ethical compliance with AA requirements and client expectations
- Self-motivated
Value-Added Experience
- Proficient in strategic, operational, and management roles across various sectors
- Skilled in business analysis and performance improvement
- Familiarity with financial drivers for business growth
- Background in apprenticeships, VET, or employment services
