Mas National, part of the IntoWork Group, is seeking a proactive and experienced State Manager to oversee our operations in Tasmania. This pivotal role offers the chance to not only lead our state team but also to shape strategic growth and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the AASN Contract and various workforce programs management in Tasmania.
- Lead and supervise a diverse team including Operational Leaders, Business Consultants and Mentors.
- Develop and implement state-wide servicing strategies that are effective, high-quality, innovative, and compliant.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key government stakeholders and manage employer relationships.
- Drive business development and ensure the achievement of internal KPIs and contractual targets.
- Manage marketing and public relations activities in coordination with the Mas Marketing and Communications Team.
- Maintain a robust and resilient team culture, consistently leading change and exploring innovative ideas.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience within a similar role, ideally within an aligned industry or government program.
- Strong understanding of business practices with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside strong influencing skills with the capability of building and maintaining significant relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational growth and team development.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience in relation to the role is highly desirable.
