About the role:
Reporting to the National Manager, the VIC State Manager of Kemp Recruitment, you will be instrumental in charting the course of the company’s strategic development, supporting the team and enhancing growth and reputation of Kemp Recruitment within the state. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and spearheading process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and contribute to the company’s growth and targets.
- Work in close unison with the National Manager and other executives within Lumia Care on strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Lead business development including sales planning, activity and quality outcomes.
- Assist in preparation of tenders for preferred supplier business and where applicable, participate in the presentation of client pitches.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Process workers compensation when arise and liaise with insurance company and injured employees.
- Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance against KPI’s business plans and other targets.
- Ensure the Kemp Recruitment brand is represented professionally by all team members in all interactions with candidates and clients, including on the phone, face to face and in writing.
- Demonstrate effective use of database systems, including timely and accurate documentation of all business activity adhering to all relevant legislation & policies.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Leadership, communications & mentoring qualities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing significant operations e.g. as a General Manager or State Manager.
- High level of knowledge in the Healthcare industry.
- Prior track record in building and developing a team, driving culture and motivating your extended team.
- Ability to utilise a broad range of business reporting tools eg. Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 etc
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
