The WA/SA State Manager, reporting to the Head of Dealer Sales is responsible for driving growth, acquisitions, reactivating accounts and retail finance penetration directly with our dealers (through strong relationships with each DP, either in field or via inside sales team).
Own and develop a sales territory roadmap and strategy to ensure effective in field execution which is aligned to Angle Auto’s Sales Excellence Framework. Lead the SA WA Dealer Manager group to drive growth and acquisitions in their territories. Core responsibilities
Engagement with Dealer Principals and Business ManagersImplement AAF Sales Excellence FrameworkDrive Retail share of wallet; and ensure we retain existing dealers
Reactivate dormant retail dealers
Acquire new accounts
Effective dealer and staff training programs
