Reporting to the General Manager for NSW/ACT/WA, the State Operations Manager – Western Australia is a senior leadership role that delivers organisational strategy across Western Australia achieving business consolidation and growth.
The State Operations Manager will be accountable for the delivery of excellence in clinical services across Western Australia. This role will spearhead building and fostering relationships with Hospitals, Government and Community across the state and plays a strong leadership role with the network's doctors.
Key Requirements:
- Engaging and supporting a positive and productive workforce to continue achieving financial goals and operational targets.
- Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team, national managers, Western Australia regional managers and doctors, responsible for the clinics network's continuous performance in Western Australia.
- Lead the delivery of clinical services, ensuring service demand is met, customer expectations are exceeded, and quality, cost and productivity targets are achieved.
- Nurture effective external relationships with key individuals and organisations such as hospitals, governments and community organisations.
Background & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing operations within a multi-site health service with complete budgetary responsibility.
- Experience in leading and managing complex multidisciplinary teams across a multi-site, doctor-led organisation.
- Strong commercial, operational and business acumen including a proven track record of successfully managing P&Ls and budgets and delivering financial targets.
- Strong track record of highly autonomous healthcare leadership across a network of clinics.
- Significant experience in Australia/New Zealand within the healthcare industry.
