Job description

Based on Kings Park Road - no onsite parking - but plenty of street parking. - CAT bus stops very close.
Small Office - between 12 and 18 in the office.
Offshore and International operations - has recently become part of an International group
Normal Office hours - people arrive between 8 am to 6pm.
Staff vary their working hours between these.

Support a small operations team
Book travel for staff attending sites or returning home - domestic & international
Collate personnel data ( Passports, FF numbers, home ports ) on behalf of Project managers for travelling team.
