Across the state, we provide clinical pharmacy services within our four major hospitals, as well as the manufacturing of products, chemotherapy preparation, clinical trials, outpatient dispensing and therapeutic drug monitoring.   • Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $77,737 per annum + 11% superannuation (this salary will be in effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 December 2024)
  • Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Public Sector Agreement No.2 of 2022
Salary Packaging: Access to a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT yearRelocation Assistance: Support for travel, relocation and initial accommodation costs may be negotiatedProfessional Development: $1,000 per annum entitlement for professional development course fees (daily wage, flights, accommodation, daily allowance paid in addition to this)Eligibility:Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria: * Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. For pre-registration (intern) pharmacists: Eligible for provisional registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted: * Conviction checks in the following areas:
