Steel Production Worker
Due to continuous growth, our Reinforcing Steel Department has an opportunity for Reinforcing Steel Production Operator to join our team. Located in Northgate QLD, this role is perfect for any individual who is keen to be part of a customer focused team providing reinforcing steel mesh, bar and associated products to customers as well as associated stores and production tasks.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with customer service
- Loading and unloading when required
- Receipt and dispatching of goods
- Completing all paperwork associated with incoming and outgoing products
- Cutting and bending reinforcing steel
- Assist with production work and operation of machinery
- Any other duties as associated with the role
Skills and Experience
- LF (Forklift) ticket (desirable but not essential)
- MR/HR Licence (desirable but not essential)
- Storesperson, warehouse and inventory skills
- Experience with Steel or production line work.
- Commitment to safe work practices
