Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for managing the inward and outward life-cycle of vehicles. This includes maintaining a stock control system that provides accurate and up-to-date information concerning current stock holdings and future vehicle orders.
This includes:
- Locating stock and transferring it in from other dealers (including organising transport).
- Book vehicles into "in-house" computer system via ERA
- Transfer vehicles to customers
- Liaise with Aftercare suppliers
- Licencing, Deal Costing, Gross Profit & Commission Calculations, Dept of Transport compliance
- Compiling Deal Packs, Document Archiving
- Raising Cheque & EFT Payments
- Vehicle Licensing
- Accounts Payable & Receivable - Data Entry / Reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations, Merchant Reconciliations
- Interacting with management teams

You will ideally possess:
- Previous Dealership/vehicle experience (Highly regarded)
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Pentana/ERA software (Highly regarded)
- Accurate data entry, good computer skills
- Intermediate excel knowledge
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn basic accounting
