Full-time permanent position - Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, you will be responsible for organising a corporate stock room / small warehouse. You will manage the receipt of stock, the tracking of outgoing equipment, communication with couriers, liaising with the business to let them know of deliveries, maintaining the storeroom and keeping it tidy, organised and clean.
Full working rights to work full time in Australia is required.
Position Responsibility:
- Organisation and upkeep of a small warehouse.
- Booking of couriers
- Coordinating the receipt of stock and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Alert staff as to when deliveries are received
- Manage stock movement internally throughout the Brisbane office.
- Computer data entry experience would be favourable
- Experience coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Friendly and reliable nature, be able to communicate to a range of people
- Experience in a purchasing officer role advantageous
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Current full Australian driver’s license
