FCTA - Building Careers has been training South Australian apprentices since 2001. We are the only trade school in the state to provide stonemasonry training. We are a family-owned and operated business, so it is essential that applicants demonstrate an empathetic approach to students and employers.
This role may become a full-time position for the right candidate.
Qualifications & experience
- Stonemasonry qualification or equivalent experience
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or within 6 months of commencing
- Some of our students are under 18, so employment will be contingent on attending child-safe environment training and passing a National Police Check for working with children.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Delivery of training to students in a simulated workplace environment and on job sites.
- Develop positive relationships with students and employers.
- Provide FCTA staff with student, industry and employer feedback.
- Be involved in the development of training resources and practical projects.
- Completion of required administration tasks, including student results and the completion of evidential information.
