The Role:
To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking an individual to become a Storage Consultant in a part-time role to join our team based in St Marys. Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service. Our Storage Consultant are involved with several aspects of our operation including, customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas.
Working hours:
Set shift Thursday to Saturday - guaranteed 21 hours per week.
We are open 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.45am - 3.15pm
Some flexibility will be required for this role
What you will need:
- Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role training is provided.
- Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
- Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
- Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands on approach to a diverse range of tasks
- Goal orientated and results driven
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit
