Based at our Keswick site, with flexibility to work across multiple sites, we are looking for an energetic Storage Consultant who thrives on providing a superior customer experience each and every time!
About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
● Maintaining effective relationships with customers & local businesses
● Determining and attending to customer needs
● Offering specialist storage advice to customers
● Sale of merchandise and maintaining stock orders
● Reviewing and keeping customer accounts up to date
● Managing invoices, debtors and payment transactions
● Daily administration tasks
● Site maintenance, cleaning and presentation
About You:
We are looking for someone that has experience in customer service and sales who is looking for their next challenge. You will enjoy going above and beyond for customers and enjoy interacting with people.
This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, enjoys both working alone and in a small team environment, as well as having a strong customer service DNA. You will work across multiple sites, have a passion for people and a strong Microsoft skill set.
Full Training and Uniform are provided
Ideally you will have:
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Service and Sales
- A willingness to work alternate Saturdays
- A willingness to work on your own at times.
- Have reliable transport
