We are looking for a high performing, proactive and professional Sales Consultant to produce and deliver the organisation’s strategic agenda in our Adelaide office.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for all outbound sales and business development for the full portfolio of products.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting sales targets – increase current business, develop new business and customer loyalty in the industrial and office storage industry sector
- Develop professional relationship with Government agencies, direct customers, specifiers, national account customers and architects
- Prospecting
- Submitting Quotes and Proposals in a timely manner
- Measure and quoting
- Sales orders
- Providing a high level of service to the clients
- Strategic thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the greatest outcome for the client and the company
- Interpreting project briefs and tender requests
- Liaising installation team / operations
- Client / site visits - both local and Interstate
- Site inspections, prepare estimates and tender submissions in accordance with sales and pricing policy, manage agreements with customers, project manage installations
- Liasing with clients
- Customer service management
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Retail &/or B2B Sales
- Experience / knowledge with pallet racking and shelving - Desirable
- Customer service management
- Experience with Unleashed Software - Desirable
