About You:
As the Store and Sorting Supervisor of the retail team you will be responsible for providing exceptional experience to the store’s customers and donors, producing and pricing product, and merchandising product onto the sales floor in an efficient manner. As the Store Leader you will be hands on working with our amazing volunteer team and championing a high level of customer service.
Mandatory Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years supervising or managing in a retail store or similar
Current drivers Licence
Undertake a police check
Desirable:
Experience working with second-hand apparel and homewares
Experience in managing a volunteer workforce
