We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Store Assistant, at our Moree Family Store to support the Store Manager with the day to day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. This is a permanent part-time (15 hours per week) position based in Moree, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the

General Retail Award Level 1. You will successfully Serve customers in the store and ensure they have a good experience. Maximise sales and revenue through processing of donations to the store by receiving, sorting, pricing, hanging of saleable goods and disposal of non-saleable goods.

Promote TSA mission and services where appropriate. Keep the store properly stocked and well presented. Ensure store financial processes are followed including completion of daily cash reconciliation, preparation of cash floats and banking.

You will have A year experience in retail and/or customer service. Proven experience in the recycling/transport industry (desirable). Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Sound presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact and network positively with a variety of people. The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. What we offer NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit ($2,650.) Flexible working conditions.
