- Overseeing and orchestrating all store operations to ensure seamless task execution and the attainment of predetermined objectives, with a specific emphasis on maintaining retail operational standards, fostering excellent customer service, managing teams, and devising sales strategies, while maintaining a thorough understanding of internal procedures and ensuring their implementation.
- Monitoring the store budget by consistently assessing sales performance, expenditures, and revenues. Formulating and executing strategies to meet established goals, scrutinizing financial data to identify avenues for improvement, boost sales, or rectify deviations from set targets.
- Upholding high levels of customer satisfaction, driving database growth, and ensuring proper customer registration on the Golden App for effective segmentation.
- Cultivating brand recognition, appeal, and retail sales excellence.
- Efficiently overseeing operational processes and product life cycles, maintaining precise inventory records, and initiating timely replenishment orders.
- Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge across all product categories in the store and actively participating in seasonal procurement decisions. Ensuring the faithful execution of Visual Merchandising strategies within the store, in accordance with company protocols and standards.
- Recruiting, training, and inspiring store personnel.
- Delegating responsibilities, establishing performance benchmarks, and conducting performance assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in Luxury Retail
- Entrepreneurial mindset - Problem solver and go-getter
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
