Our client is a globally recognised jewellery band who are looking for their next Store Manager to lead their Warringah Mall store on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role

- Handle high pressure sales environment
- Monitor and manage team KPIs and store targets
- Lead by example, with demonstrated selling skills
- Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
- Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
- Exceed personal and team service and sales targets
- Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities - directly impacting our growth and success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in either a store, department or assistant manager capacity or similar.
- We are looking for experience in retail from either fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, footwear, accessories/handbags, jewellery, watches etc. background.
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
- Genuine passion for building and maintaining team culture
- A bubbly and upbeat personality and a big "people person"
- Need demonstrated experience working against sales targets and KPIs
