The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that the brand values are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
- Lead and mentor a team of 13
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge.
- Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
- Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store.
- Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P
- Check timesheets are completed.
- To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P.
- Profound experience in a similar leadership role
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
- Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
- Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively to the team and clients in store.
