We are seeking a motivated, business savvy Store Manager to lead our client's Audiology store in Armidale!
As the Store Manager you will be:
- Driving lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Armidale store
- Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff for maximum performance
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and improve profitability
What we are looking for:
- An experienced and talented Store Manager to support & motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening & communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy
