About the role:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity that does not come around often, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead a large and enthusiastic team in Perth CBD. You will need to be a natural leader, someone who is confident in balancing store operations with team development, whilst focusing on successfully reaching your financial goals. You will be leading a team of 40+ inclusive of an Assistant Manager and 3 Department Manager, in a high performing and fast-paced environment. Whilst it is a preference that you come from a large format retail environment this is not essential, we are looking for the right cultural fit.
What you will need:
- Strong business acumen and cover all financial aspects of the business
- Have proven success stories in achieving targets and KPI’s
- Exceptional coaching and performance review background
- Experience in managing large teams, in a high stock turnover environment
- A keen eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
- Capable at recruiting teams on all levels
- You will be humble and have passion to succeed
