Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding the brand's image and standards. You will lead a team of dedicated associates, ensuring operational excellence, and executing strategic initiatives to elevate the Steve Madden brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, maximise sales, and optimise profitability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's presentation aligns with the Steve Madden brand aesthetic.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all areas of store operations.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments to maintain operational excellence and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Finance, to support brand initiatives and achieve business objectives.
About you
- Minimum of 2-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
