Role Overview: As the Store Manager of Natural Fit Footwear in the Wollongong Area, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store and driving business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will lead by example, demonstrating a passion for selling quality products, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team by example, demonstrating a vibrant and driven approach to selling quality products.
- Be actively involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the store, including sales, customer service, store presentation and inventory management.
- Drive business KPIs, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team members, for their development and success.
- Prioritise and manage time efficiently to ensure optimal store performance.
- Implement company sales techniques and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage stock effectively and efficiently to meet customer demand.
- Create and maintain a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and mutual success.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
