The Daisy’s team includes approximately 180 people, working across 8 stores and 6 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our Pakenham team on a full-time basis.

As a Store Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide leadership to the store team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be responsible for overseeing daily store activities – customer service, delivery management, inventory and merchandising, presentation, open and close processes
• Oversee workplace health and safety and environmental compliance
• Implement operational and strategic improvements at store level
• Undertake sales growth activities

This is a full-time role, working 5 or 6 days per week Monday to Saturday, depending on store requirements. 

The successful applicant will be an experienced Store Manager who:

• Has strong experience working in a customer facing retail environment
• Has an excellent ability to form and maintain positive customer relationships
• Is comfortable learning to use a computerized point of sale system
• Can provide leadership and coaching to the store team
• Is comfortable learning to undertake sales growth activities
• Industry experience or knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• MR licence, forklift licence and/or front end loader competency advantageous but not essential (training provided if needed)
