In collaboration with your team, you will manage the operations of the store. With a Focus on Store Operations to drive profitable sales and ensure a memorable customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan daily work activities and allocate work assignments among team based on business needs in the areas of Back Room, Point of Sale and Dressing Rooms
- Drive sales by identifying merchandising opportunities in each department by reviewing sales reports
- Educate and train your team in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety
- Oversee in-store recruitment, training and team development for future career possibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of your store including rostering, financial performance and stock rotation
