Our client is a globally recognised jewellery band who are looking for their next Store Manager to lead their Warringah Mall store on a permanent, full-time basis.

Handle high pressure sales environment
Monitor and manage team KPIs and store targets
Lead by example, with demonstrated selling skills
Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers

Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years retail management experience in either a store, department or assistant manager capacity or similar.
We are looking for experience in retail from either fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, footwear, accessories/handbags, jewellery, watches etc. background.
Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
A bubbly and upbeat personality and a big "people person"
Need demonstrated experience working against sales targets and KPIs
