Form of workJEANSWEST is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team of 4+ team members at our COOMERA Jeansweststore.
Rotating fortnightly roster to help support a healthy work/life balance – Only work every second Saturday!
OUR STORE MANAGERS -- Connect with their store team to develop, coach and mentor
- Contribute to the overall commerciality of the business by leading the team to achieve all KPIs and financial targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards
- Drive an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the team to convert traffic into customers.
- Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty with their customers.
- Strong communication skills.
- A collaborative leadership style to develop meaningful relationships across the brand.
- A customer centric mind set.
- A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style & presentation.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential.
