This popular discount and variety business is looking for a Store Manager with a proven track record in a high volume and fast paced environment to join their team in their Armstrong Creek, Geelong location. They are seeking a manager with exceptional operational prowess and a dynamic leader who will lead their team from the front.
As the Store Manager you will be held accountable to every aspect of the day to day running of the business, including driving and achieving sales targets, overseeing the training and development of the team, driving customer service and creating an unforgettable in store experience, as well as managing the stores operational and stock needs through effective delegation with your team.
The Talents needed to Succeed:
- A proven ability to lead and inspire your team
- High level people and communication skills
- Knowledge of how to create a customer experience
- Proven track record of strong sales and KPIs in a large retail environment
- Understanding of P&L, including GP management, shrinkage and wage control
- Across recruitment, HR and performance management
- Strong VM, volume stock and time management skills
- Ability to be a coach and mentor
- Drive to lead a successful store
