About the Role
As the Store Manager you will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations, you will lead by example, empowering and growing your team to achieve successful results!
About You
- Previous retail management experience, bedding or furniture preferred
- Experience selling big & bulky or high ticket items advantageous
- A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 3 out of 4 weekends
