ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Collins Street store currently has an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager who is driven, a proven people leader, and has strong clienteling experience within luxury retail.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.
You will be involved and responsible for all aspects of:
- Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
- Team Management – motivating and developing the team
- Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
- Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database, drive appointment bookings and manage in-store VIP events
- Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising
ABOUT YOU
- 3-4+ years’ experience in retail management
- 5+ years' in retail industry - luxury experience is preferred
- A strong people leader with the ability to motivate and train your team to achieve outstanding results
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
