Purpose of the Role

As a Store Manager at Aesop Crows Nest, you will be responsible for driving the success of your space with the support for your team and RBM.

Aesop Crows Nest is a Neighborhood space that is situated among a community that hosts local and repeat customers as well as tourists who are eager to explore Sydney.

To be successful in this role, you will work closely with your team to drive sales and nurture existing customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving a sense of community by further networking with other retailers and hospitality venues nearby to better understand your location.

What we are looking for

• Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment

• Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment

• History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment

• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships

• Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

• Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
