ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of Store Manager to motivate, develop & lead a customer-focussed team to hit sales targets.
The Store Manager reports to the District/Regional Manager, and focusses on:
- Creating a safe and secure working environment
- Achieving Store Sales Targets
- Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs
- Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members
- Leading by Example
- Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ Years Experience in Retail Management
- Experience Working Towards KPI’s & Budgets
- Authentic Passion for Customer Service
- Experience with Inventory Management
- Eagerness to Continuously Learn
