They source their products from around the world, importing directly from some of the largest and most respected manufacturers globally.About the Role:As the Showroom Manager, you will:
- Drive Sales: Maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Sales Consultants to achieve daily and weekly KPIs
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional product knowledge and solutions to customers' furnishing needs
- Training and Development: Train, coach, and continuously develop new and existing staff
- Customer Relations: Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain strong relationships, and provide excellent aftercare service
- High Standards: Ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards
- Proven track record in selling high-value items
- Driven, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Availability to work every weekend, the busiest and most critical days
- Immaculate presentation suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to drive sales outcomes with every team member
- Retail sales experience in big-ticket items
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Computer literate
- Passionate about design and helping customers select the perfect furniture pieces for their homes
- Ability to contribute in a team environment
