- Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, devising strategies that increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, team members, and suppliers, enhancing the community feel of our centre.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of the store, ensuring operational procedures are followed and efficiency is maximised.
- Creating an Upbeat Environment: Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere where team members feel valued and customers love visiting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar-sized store.
- A track record of excellent team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a history of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Why work with us?
