About you:
- Confidence in excelling with store standards and operational requirements
- Leader who has the ability to drive a positive and supportive culture
- Hands-on, not afraid of hard work and brings a great energy to the team.
- Is comfortable managing a team of 10+ people.
- Extremely customer orientated and committed to delivering a second to none customer experience
- Ability to confidently manage and work with high volumes of stock.
