Chef required for a well-established hospitality business at the Shell Club located at 76 Purnell Road, Corio VIC 3214. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef.
Duties include.
Preparing various food items from the kitchen’s menu that includes vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and seafood dishes.
Monitor the kitchen staff during the Pre-cooking preparations
Supervise the kitchen staff during all stages of food preparation.
Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
Plan rosters and train new staff
Maintaining the standards of kitchen sanitation and enforcing hygiene regulations to all kitchen staff.

Applicants with formal qualifications (AQF Diploma of Hospitality) and 2 years of practical experience working as a CHEF will be prioritised.
Position is available Full Time, 38 hours/week but applicant must be available for 7 days/week and willing to work odd hours (Weekend & late shifts).
