We are looking for a strong, passionate and motivated individual to join our team of 7 in our Greensborough store. As the Store Manager you will still spend time on the shop floor engaging and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. You will also provide ongoing training to your team to ensure they are always set up for success. You will also be heavily involved in operational tasks for the store including visual merchandising, stock control and people management.
A bit about you:
- You will be coming from a retail background (preferably in apparel and accessories) with experience in leading and managing a team.
- You will have a customer centric mindset, and lead from the front with a 'stop, drop and style' attitude.
- You will have have an understanding of visual merchandising and inventory control within a store.
- You will have strong communication skills to communicate effectively with your team members as well as senior management.
