As our Sales Development Specialist for our Industry division, your primary responsibility in this role is to support the Industry Asia Pacific regional and area management team to ensure the execution of strategic and annual core business plans and enable sales transformation and new business development initiatives through close collaboration with area sales leaders and internal stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Sales Director for Industry, the qualified candidate will be responsible for and will seat in Newington, New South Wales office: Support the Area Sales Director to prepare and implement the annual business plan including Redbook, Goal setting, Commercial Priorities, etc. based on Group and Division 2025 Strategy and annual business strategy and management direction. Be responsible for sales and commercial priorities business performance tracking via sales dashboards in assigned areas, conduct business analysis to support new sales leads generation, improvement opportunity, deep dive of performance by channel, products, etc. Ensure data integrity of all dashboards to be aligned with Group reporting tools. Support and promote grow and win meetings in assigned areas and team level by using MRR and other sales tools to track sales performance, commercial priority execution, and demand plan to grow the sustainable business. Provide management support to Regional SD and Area Sales Leaders, including but not limited to business meeting planning and organizing, slide preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up/tracking. eg. monthly Area Business Review Meeting (BRM), Demand Planning meeting, etc. Play an important role in initiating necessary recurring or separate meetings with proper participants and high efficiency. Co-work with CSSC, Operation, Service Sales, etc. to ensure and improve cross-function collaboration, for instance, evaluate sales efficiency, Lead time, and service offering, so as to ensure continuous improvement with internal collaboration efficiency and outcome, as well as customer experience in the local market. Be the change agent and drive new verticals, customer channels, and innovative initiatives in the assigned areas to reach the region’s middle to long-term target and strategy. Ambassador of Commercial Excellence awareness and competency building in the assigned area, provide area needs or feedback to regional SD or management for continuous improvement.
